I don't know about you guys but when I'm online and I say lol(laugh out loud) I'm not actually laughing out loud. Hardly ever do I lol when I am alone except when watching (family guy or SNL)....that would be weird and I'd probably be concerned for my own sanity...therefore I will no longer use lol as a projection of my humorous mood in my online endeavors. Instead, I will use LTMQ which stands for Laugh To Myself Quietly, that is MUCH more acurate than lol...

Oh sure, good luck with that. Now you'll spend half your time explaining what "LTMQ" means. :p

I am with you, when I type lol I am almost never "lol" it is really just a louder laugh in my head the haha's and lmao's is an actual lol...but for the simplicty of it all, and since I live inside my head frequently I just go with the flow and use them...your a better man than me and best of luck to you in this venture!

Isn't it embarrassing when you forget you're using a public computer and actually DO laugh out loud in public? I did it in the library when I popped in to check on something & of course it was silent as the grave ...
