What are some other types of cars have you owned besides the Mustang? I haven't had any other car but I was wondering about everyone else.

my very 1st car ever was a plymouth turismo with over 200k on it and problems from the wheels to the rear view mirror. It didn't do over 45 at any time and caused me to get pulled over for the first time in my life(at that point.)


Then I got a real car, a 1996 Mustang GT vert auto. She had 145k on her and was my first safe autombile.


I Now own a 1999 GT 5 speed with 107k

My first car (as a lic dvr) was a "68" Ford Galaxy 500. I wouldn't want one of my son's, to drive it as a first car. Since than I have owned a lot of cars. I am hard on the equipment. A habit I devoloped in the 68. 302 with headwork, and 4v intake/carb. My fav was a "48" CJ-2A. A few trucks, and motor cycles.

95 mercury topaz was my first, 2-96 v6 mustangs, 97 ford f-150, 2002 v6 stang, 2002 chevy blazer extreme (had it for 5 months and couldn't stand it) 99 mustang gt, and now the 05

3 Jeep Cherokees back to back - 1992 (bought new - was totaled in an accident - I wasn't driving it), 1985, 1993 (in that order). The '92 and '85 are somewhat visible in the pic of my '65 fastback. Sometimes I miss them - Mustang trunks don't hold much.

Somewhere in there I also had a 1981 Toyota 4x4 - full on redneck style. Red with a wrought iron tailgate and 36" super swampers - generally it was covered in mud I don't think I've scanned any of those pictures...but i'll go look and add to the post if I find any. That was back when we had to have pictures developed for you young'uns on the board LOL.

Also had a 1991 LX 5.0 hatch - I know, hard to believe I parted with a stang with the collection I have going on...but it's true.

I have owned some dreadful, dreadful cars over the years
But when I was 21 I had a Porsche.

My family had a huge variety growing up, but the only other kind I've owned myself was a little Ford Escort.....and he was 'nothing' like a Mustang. I sold him a year or two later...no thanks, lol.

Richard - Numerous 74 - 79 Ford Pickup 4x2's and 4x4's. lol 78 Ford LTD II (Black w/Blue LTD II Stipes) miss this one,

Tammy - 1st car was a 78 Ford Thunderbird, 84 Mercury Capri (miss this one too)

Family - 89 Dodge Shadow, 93 Dodge Grand Caravan, 98 Dodge Grand Caravan, 2000 Ford F-150 4x4

Toys - A few dirt track cars (Impala, Torino) 84 Ford Ranger, 77 Mustang II

about all I can think of right now.. lol..

my first car my aunt gave me on my 16th birthday it was a 1970 firebird with a pontiac 400 in it but my parents wouldnt let me drive it so they gave me a camaro with a 305 in it i dog the crap out of it and had lots of chevy and pontiac cars after that i got my first stang and i am ford all the way now
