Pets and cars

Do you let your pets inside your vehicles, mustang or any other? I have mostly been against it. For sure on the mustang if I had one right now, but with the truck I am okay as long as the pup is belted in.

At the moment they're allowed in as my day to day ride is a workhorse with plenty space. Never, never, never would those dogs get in anything decent though. They've just got no respect and getting dog hair off upholstery is well nigh impossible.

My girl doesn't like it that I told her she can not smoke in my car. I figure if I don't smoke in it then people can either deal with my rule or walk. Its their own choice right and my car last time I checked.

I have 2 big iguanas who are crated in any of the vehicles - unless both of us go together and have only 1 iguana in tow (say for a few hours to a car show). Generally I get lizard duty...which isn't a big deal, they're both happy to get up on a shoulder and stay put.

my dogs turn into flailing maniacs whenever i so much as say the word ride, so needless to say I keep them out and off the leather! as for messy friends...I'm kinda stuck with that one...my girlfriend pts her wrappers and receipts in the most random places, so far: door bezel, center console, cup holders, glove box, floor, and dash. My favorite one is when she removed the cigarette lighter filler thing on the shifter bezel and stuck a gum wrapper in there and put the plug back in. (She thinks she's funny)

I let my cat into my Mustang because she is a clean little critter who is well trained. As for my dogs, I never let them into the Mustang or any other vehicle because they always end up making "a mess"

with the plethora of other vehicles available to me through my family, friends, neighbors, ect i've yet to have the need to, plus getting them in would be a pain in the *ss, not much room back there.

With regards to other mess makers my ex-girlfriend used to leave quite a lot of shiat on the ground, never anything bad, just like papers and books, but than again i never explicitly told her not too, just kept the rest of the car clean in hopes it would catch on.
