Should we create generation specific subforums?

Postby Jeremy on Sat Apr 05, 2008 8:05 pm

Should we create some subforums like most mustang sites have, with 1st gen, mustang II, fox body etc? I know sometimes when there are lots of forums, it gets cluttered and confusing, but I'm wondering if it might be beneficial. I'll leave it up to the group, whatever you guys think is best!

maybe a forum like 6 cyls 8 cyls classics, not to sub-folderish...i think that'd be sufficient.

I think you should but mainly for the use and ease of categorizing tech articles and questions.
It's just another slow pony, I swear!

yea i agree ^^^
I think that making sub forums only separates the group ya know
I mean I like comin on here and reading about all mustangs at one time..some people would specifically go to their category and nowhere else
I do like the idea for tech questions and parts to buy or sell in a sub category to

Yeah, I probably should have specified that these folders would be in the tech section. I agree completely that segregating the group wouldn't be a good idea either, I am thinking for tech stuff only so it's easier to look up stuff.

I agree with both of the other posts. That's what I meant when I said 8cyls and 6cyls only I said it wrong, tech should be divided like that, not the main form or anything of that sort, I liek hearing from everyone.
