Its pretty interesting and I had fully forgotten the name of it before hand, isnt this named after the guy that started it? Some videos on youtube are okay but many are very choppy. And as for what I do when Im bored, research stuff, video games, whatever. And yes, Zombies rock!

your going to tell me a 700lb midget can climb a 12 foot wall? lol just messing with you man..that is awesome..keep at it! i would love to learn to do that stuff but the army as ruined my back and i don't think it would go so well.
It's just another slow pony, I swear!

the name comes from a french word parcour meaning course as in the obsticle course used in the millitary or other outdoor places.

the two founders are David Belle and Sebastien Foucan

as for your back, it really depends on how badly fucked up the army did, one of the guys i train with fractured his back snowboarding but still does way better than i do. I'm sure if you took it slow and had someone to teach you how to everything right you'd be fine, but than agian, its extremely time consuming and if you do screw up having a pre-existing back problem probably wouldn't be a good idea haha if anyone is interested lemme know, I can hook you up with a group in your area, almost garunteed to be at least a small group close to you long as your in the continental USA or Europe
