Hey, uh well... I have alot of explaining to do...you see I've ben holding out on you all. I've been slowly collecting and assembling the makings of a killer sound system to add to the already killer Mach 460 in m '99 GT and the final pieces fell into place this last weekend, in the form of a 64-bit color Kenwood head unit, which when coupled with the 500w rms Kenwood amp mydad and I custom installed and the 400 rms, 1200 max Kenwood 12 inch, 4-ohm sub, makes for a pretty decent system. I figured that, with the frenzied state of jealousy you all must be in right now, I might as well add some pics to really seal the deal... hope you enjoy as much as I do!

Me and my dad custom built this box to fit right into the side, that way i still have as much trunk space as possible.

custom mounted the amp on the sound board, flipping the back seats down provides quick access to wires and knobs(also preserves trunck space)

full view, I ran out of sub wire but the sub will fit perfectly in the side of the trunck.

we decided to go with a pro install for the head unit, it's got an ipod connector in the glove box and can be controlled by the dimmer switch on my dash...aslso has some sort o gyroscopic sensor for acceleration measurments or soemthing, not exactly sure yet, still reading the manual/novel!
