hi, I am a member of the SVT Cobra Mustang Club. We are a club for SVT Cobra owners, and Shelby GT500 owners. It is an exclusive club, that has members all around the world. We have close to 600 members. We do on track events, cruise ins, car shows, and other fun activities. The club membership entitles you to receive discounts from our vendors. You can get anywhere from 10% off of parts, to 15% off labor at certain speed shops. You can, basically, pay for your membership through the discounts you would get. I paid for my membership in one swoop, when I got subframe connectors installed on my Cobra. I saved $13 on the subframes, and $25 on the install, a savings of $38. That is a two year membership with the club, with money left over to buy lunch.

I have been a member of this club since 1999. I am the membership director. Although Tony, the president, handles most of the duties. It's a great club, lots of tech info in the forums.
Unfortunately there are few California members so we are inactive here.
I got to meet alot of members at the 2000 SVT even in Dearborn MI. Great time but one hell of a long drive from here.
